When you submit a membership application, affiliate/fundraiser signup, or event request, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email, phone (optional), location preference, organization (for fundraisers), event details, and any notes. We also store a referral tag (?ref=) if you arrived through a partner link, and basic analytics about how the site is used.
To contact you about your request, operate the Driftwood Roastery Club and partner programs, attribute referrals and process partner payouts, schedule events, and route the 10% conservation/education pledge to GARMN. We never sell your personal data.
We share data only with service providers that help us operate (e.g., Google Firebase for data storage, Stripe for payments and payouts, email delivery) and with GARMN solely to issue charitable receipts where applicable. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

The site stores limited information in your browser (e.g., your referral tag and a local copy of forms you submit) to improve your experience. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.
Membership tiers (Navigator, Captain, Admiral) are billed as recurring subscriptions at the price shown at signup, renewing automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and is not retroactive. Prices, tiers, and benefits may change with notice.

Affiliates earn commission only on completed, paid orders attributed to their referral link, paid on the published schedule subject to standard payment processing and clearing. Any earnings figures shown are illustrative and are not a guarantee of income. Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to Driftwood (e.g., "#ad" / "affiliate") wherever they promote, consistent with FTC guidance.
For fundraising and gift programs, only the portion of a transaction routed to GARMN — the Global Aquatic Resource Management Network, a 501(c)(3) (EIN 33-2299699) — as a charitable contribution is tax-deductible, less the fair-market value of any product received. GARMN issues IRS-compliant receipts for that portion. An organization's retained fundraising share is ordinary fundraising income. Consult your tax advisor.
Roasting, tasting, and workshop experiences are complimentary for active members (6–20 guests) subject to availability and confirmation; private VIP events are quoted by request. We may require reasonable notice and reserve the right to reschedule.
